2022年强制性产品认证监管检查情况的通告

根据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》《强制性产品认证管理规定》等相关规定要求，潜江市市场监督管理局对我市4家建筑安全玻璃强制性产品认证获证企业的认证证书是否在有效期内，是否存在超出认证范围的生产行为，是否存在认证证书注销以及撤销期间擅自出厂、销售目录产品行为，出厂产品的认证标识是否符合规范，相关记录是否完整，管理体系是否符合认证要求，资料档室是否合理归档等方面进行了专项监督检查，经检查未发现违法违规行为。
